Did you know that just 30 minutes of exercise three times a week can add years of life? Stop saying you need to workout and just do it! You could just sit on your butt or come burn off those Saturday calories. Come try a class, I bet you'll have fun. Class will start up at 8:00am and again at 9:00am and you'll be done and burning calories like crazy in one hour! Your first class is free and only $10.00 after that. Remember that all stations will be modified to fit your fitness level, so everybody can take part. Please bring water, towel, and a mat if you have one. I promise a great workout and you might even have fun!
