Muscle Relaxation Options
PNF Stretching sessions (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation): Are your legs, hip, or any other muscles constantly tight or stiff? I offer 30-minute PNF stretching sessions. This will leave your muscles feeling stretched and relaxed, with a very similar effect to a deep tissue massage.
SMR Foam Rolling (Self Myofascial Release): I can help you by applying pressure to specific points on your body you are able to aid in the recovery of muscles and assist in returning them to normal function. Normal function means your muscles are elastic, healthy, and ready to perform at a moment’s notice.
Need some help, but just don't want to go to the gym or park? I offer virtual training. We can meet via Skype or FaceTime and I will coach, motivate, and demonstrate your workout so you can do it on your own.
We meet once or twice a week at a arranged time and talk about what your goals for the week are and how week can achieve them together.
