Week of 1/24/16

Had a fantastic class this morning.  A great combination of strength and endurance training today.  The cold weather didn't stop us.  Try to do this workout 3 times durning the week, it will leave you tired and invigorated!

*KettleBell Circuits* 5 Rounds with 60seconds rest in between

  1. 10 KB Swings

  2. 10 KB High Pulls

  3. 10 KB Overhead Press

  4. 10 KB Goblet Squats

*Steeplechase* 10 minutes with no breaks unless you can't continue.

  1. 5 Pushups

  2. 5 Ball Slams

  3. 5 Thrusters

  4. 10 Jumping Jacks
