Week of 2/28/16

Todays program is a good balance between Strength and Cardio.  We made sure to have an extended workout this morning due to the chilly weather.  

Warmup

  1. Sally Up/Sally Down Squats
  2. Ladder Drills - Lateral Shuffle to hop in hop out to Lateral Shuffle - 5 times through

Part 1- PHA - 2 45 sec rds & 2 30 sec rds

  • Curl to Press on Balance Board
  • TRX Ice Skaters 
  • TRX Inverted Row
  • KB Swings
  • Single Arm Battle Ropes
  • Tire Flip

Part 2- DeathBy - 12 minutes

  1. Push-ups
