Week of 3/13/16

Wow is all I can say about today, everybody that showed up this morning in both classes really gave it their all.  Standard and Advaced versions were available in the circuits.  The 2 Minute Sets were a special workout treat dedicated to my Mom's 60th Birthday.  Complete all 60 reps in 2 minutes and do it for 6 rounds.

  1. Balance Board Lat to Front Raise
  2. TRX Single Leg Lunge
  3. TRX Single Arm Row
  4. SandBag Up and Over Squats
  5. KB Clean/Single arm Clean
  6. Hurdle Hops/Burpee Hops

2 Minute Sets 6-2 min Rounds

  1. 10 KB Swings
  2. 10 KB High Pulls
  3. 10 Squats
  4. 10 Jumping Jacks
  5. 10 Pushups
  6. 10 Situps
