Week of 3/20/16

Yes it was wet and rainy, but that didn't stop us from having a spectacular workout.  Heavy on Speedblast cardio circuits and then a little Tabata to finish things off.  Enjoy!

Part 1- Speedblast - 4 RDs of 45 sec.

  • 5 KB Swing - Iggy Shuffle - 5 KB Swing
  • Hurdle Obstacle Course
  • 5 Ball Squats - Buzzsaw - 5 Ball Squats
  • Plate Hop/Pickups
  • Cones Forward/Lateral/Backward/Lateral

Part 2- Tabata - 20sec work to 10sec rest 5 times per Ex.
