Part 1- SpeedBlast - 1 Round of 1 minute each station

  1. Forward/Backward/Suicides
  2. Hurdle Obstacle Course
  3. Ball Squats to Ladder High Knees
  4. Ball Slam Burpees
  5. Ladder Lateral Shuffle
  6. Viper Bungee Band KB Swing
  7. Jump Rope

Part 2- PHA - 4 Rounds (2 45sec & 2 30sec)

  1. BOSU Pushups
  2. TRX Pistol Squats
  3. TRX TYI's
  4. Overhead Plate Lunge Walk
  5. Beat a Tire with a Bat
  6. Sandbag Clean to Over Shoulder
