Week of 5/22/16

Part 1- SpeedBlast - 3 Rounds of 1 minute each.

  • Cone Runs: Forward, Backward, Lateral Shuffles
  • Ladder: Buzzsaw and Lateral
  • Stabilization Cone Jumps

Part 2- Kettlebell Fun - Each Exercise 4 times 20 sec work to 10 sec rest.  45 sec rest between exercises.

  1. Goblet Squat
  2. Bent Over Row: 2 Arm or Single Arm
  3. Russian Swing
  4. Bicep Curl
  5. American Swing
  6. Overhead Press
  7. Cleans:  2 Arm or Single Arm
  8. Around the World
  9. Single Arm Jerks:  Split or Push  
  10. Side Crunch
  11. Russian Twist
  12. Toe Touch/Crunch
